NCCLR The National Center for Construction Laboratories and Research is one of  The Ministry of Construction and Housing Institutions specialized in Construction Materials Laboratories and Field Testing, Soil Investigation Tests, Road Tests, Assessment for Building & Structures.

We also present Engineering Consultation for our clients in the field of Structural Assessment for Construction Materials & Buildings.

We make Studies & Researches concerning our specialty, which serve modifying test method or developing substitutes of construction materials.

We hold courses & symposium in our specialty and we train students of colleges & institutions in Baghdad and other provinces.

مدير عام المركز يعقد اجتماعاً موسعاً لمدراء الأقسام والمختبرات

عقد المركز الوطني للمختبرات الإنشائية احد تشكيلات وزارة الأعمار والإسكان الاجتماع الموسع لعام 2015 رأسه السيد المهندس ( خيري فاضل عون ) مدير عام المركز وبحضور كل من معاون المدير العام السيد المهندس ( علي دوين عنكوش ) ورؤوساء الأقسام المركزية ومدراء المختبرات المحافظات. 
وجرى خلال الاجتماع واقع الحال الفعلي لمختبرات المحافظات وتقيمها استنادا لمؤشرات الإنتاج لعام 2015ودراسة المقترحات التي تساعد في تطوير الكفاءة كما جرى خلال الاجتماع مناقشة أساليب تطوير العمل في المركز ومختبراته وبحث خلال الاجتماع مجمل المعوقات التي تسبب تلكأ في انجاز العمل من حيث الجودة والسرعة وضرورة تضافر جهود منتسبي المركز وفروعه من اجل انجاز المشاريع المكلف بها المركز والارتقاء بعملية الاعمار والبناء وتقديم افضل الخدمات للجهات المستفيدة كما تم التأكيد للعمل بتوجيهات السيد الوزير الأستاذ (طارق الخيكاني) في اعداد خطط لتدوير الكوادر العاملة في التشكيلات لما لها دور في زيادة كفاءة وتطوير الكوادر ( وعدم حصر العمل على موظف واحد, والتي سيكون المركز سباق في تطبيقها حيث سيتم العمل بها في مقر المركز اولاً ومن ثم مختبرات المحافظات .
وحرصاً من أدارة المركز لمتابعة عمل مختبرات المحافظات سيتم تفعيل الزيارات الميدانية من قبل المدير العام للمختبرات بواقع مختبرين كل شهر وكذلك الحال بالنسبة لمعاون المدير العام وعقد لقاءات مع السادة المحافظين لمناقشة سبل تطوير عمل المختبر من حيث دعمه بالأجهزة الحديثة وتطوير الأبنية بما يخدم مصلحة العمل وبهدف خدمة المواطن .
