NCCLR The National Center for Construction Laboratories and Research is one of  The Ministry of Construction and Housing Institutions specialized in Construction Materials Laboratories and Field Testing, Soil Investigation Tests, Road Tests, Assessment for Building & Structures.

We also present Engineering Consultation for our clients in the field of Structural Assessment for Construction Materials & Buildings.

We make Studies & Researches concerning our specialty, which serve modifying test method or developing substitutes of construction materials.

We hold courses & symposium in our specialty and we train students of colleges & institutions in Baghdad and other provinces.

للمركز فروع في محافظات العراق ترتبط بالمدير العام وتكون بمستوى قسم يديرها مدير مختبر المحافظة يتولى المختبر القيام بإجراء الفحوص المختبرية والموقعية للمواد الإنشائية وإعمال التقويم الإنشائي للأبنية والطرق والجسور وإجراء تحريات التربة والفحوصات المختبرية اللازمة لها وفق المواصفات العالمية المتبعة بالإضافة إلى إعداد التقارير لكل فحص.

لمختبر المحافظة إمكانية فتح فروع له بمستوى شعبة في الاقضية والنواحي التابعة للمحافظة في حالة تطلب حجم العمل لذلك بعد استحصال الموافقات اللازمة وتوفر الإمكانات, وفتح مختبرات حقلية في مواقع المشاريع لإجراء الفحوص المختبرية والموقعية الخاصة بتلك المشاريع بموجب عقود مبرمة مع ارباب العمل ترتبط بمدير المختبر وينتهي عملها بانتهاء فترة العقد.
