NCCLR The National Center for Construction Laboratories and Research is one of  The Ministry of Construction and Housing Institutions specialized in Construction Materials Laboratories and Field Testing, Soil Investigation Tests, Road Tests, Assessment for Building & Structures.

We also present Engineering Consultation for our clients in the field of Structural Assessment for Construction Materials & Buildings.

We make Studies & Researches concerning our specialty, which serve modifying test method or developing substitutes of construction materials.

We hold courses & symposium in our specialty and we train students of colleges & institutions in Baghdad and other provinces.

المركز الوطني للمختبرات الإنشائية هو فروع  وزارة الاعمار والاسكان, يقوم بإجراء الفحوص المختبرية للمواد الإنشائية في مواقع المشاريع التابعة لوزارات الدولة عامة ومشاريع الوزارة خاصة من خلال فتح مختبرات حقلية وموقعية ليواكب مراحل العمل وضمان انجاز المشاريع بموجب المواصفات وخلال السقوف الزمنية المحددة ، كما يقوم المركزبإعمال تحريات التربة للعديد من المشاريع في مختلف محافظات القطر والتي تتمثل بتنفيذ الحفر الاختبارية والفحوص الموقعية وأعمال المساحة وبموجب المخططات وإجراء الفحوص الفيزيائية للتربة والجيوفيزياء وميكانيك الصخور وغيرھا من الفحوص ويقدم الاستشارات الفنية والحلول لمشاكل المواد الانشائية المختلفة واجراء البحوث التطبيقية في حقول اختصاصه حيث يھتم المركز في اداء عمله بالدقة والرصانة العلمية وتطبيق احدث المواصفات العالمية وتوفير الاجھزة المختبرية الحديثة.
