NCCLR The National Center for Construction Laboratories and Research is one of  The Ministry of Construction and Housing Institutions specialized in Construction Materials Laboratories and Field Testing, Soil Investigation Tests, Road Tests, Assessment for Building & Structures.

We also present Engineering Consultation for our clients in the field of Structural Assessment for Construction Materials & Buildings.

We make Studies & Researches concerning our specialty, which serve modifying test method or developing substitutes of construction materials.

We hold courses & symposium in our specialty and we train students of colleges & institutions in Baghdad and other provinces.

أولا: إجراء الفحوص المختبرية للمواد الإنشائية بأنواعھا وفحوص التربة والفحوص اللازمة للأعمال الإنشائية وتقديم الاستشارات الفنية ضمن اختصاصه.

ثانياً : إجراء البحوث التطبيقية على المواد الإنشائية من اجل إيجاد وتحقيق أفضل الوسائل في أعمال التشييد بالتنسيق مع الجھات المختصة.

ثالثاً : تقديم الاستشارات الفنية لحل المشاكل الإنشائية.

رابعاً: توثيق المراجع العلمية والنشرات والدوريات التي تصدر عن المؤسسات العلمية المحلية والعالمية، التي تخص نشاطات المركز.

خامساً: رفع المستوى الفني لكفاءة الأداء في مجال السيطرة النوعية للبحوث.

سادساً: الدخول في علاقات تعاقدية للقيام بالخدمات الخاصة بإجراء الفحوص المختبرية وأعمال السيطرة النوعية وفحوص التربة

وغيرھا من الأعمال ضمن اختصاصه.

سابعاً: التعاقد مع دوائر الدولة والقطاعات الأخرى وذوي الخبرة والمكاتب الاستشارية ذات العلاقة باختصاص المركز من اجل

تحقيق أھدافه.

ثامناً: نشر البحوث التي ينجزھا المركز وتوزيعھا على الجھات المعنية للاستفادة منھا.

تاسعاً: تنظيم دورات خاصة لتدريب وتأھيل المھندسين والعناصر الفنية.

عاشراً: أنشاء مكتبة تضم المراجع والنشرات والدورات ذات العلاقة بفعاليات المركز.
