NCCLR The National Center for Construction Laboratories and Research is one of  The Ministry of Construction and Housing Institutions specialized in Construction Materials Laboratories and Field Testing, Soil Investigation Tests, Road Tests, Assessment for Building & Structures.

We also present Engineering Consultation for our clients in the field of Structural Assessment for Construction Materials & Buildings.

We make Studies & Researches concerning our specialty, which serve modifying test method or developing substitutes of construction materials.

We hold courses & symposium in our specialty and we train students of colleges & institutions in Baghdad and other provinces.

1- conducting the lab tests for all construction materials , soil tests , the required tests for construction works and present technical consultation .

2- make the applied researches to find the best means in construction works through coordinating with the specialized sides

3- documentation the scientific  sources , publishing and periodical which issued by local and international institutes that concern the center's activities .

4- developing the technical efficiency in the field of quality control for researches .

5- make contract with the other sides for special services by conducting the lab tests and other works .

6- make contracts with government's institutes and other sections , consulting bureaus to achieve its aims .

7- publishing the researches which are made by the center and distributing them on the concerned sides to get benefits .

8- organizing the courses to train and qualify the engineers and technical staff.

9- make a library consists of sources , publishing  and periodicals which concern the activities of the center .
